The Right Questions lead to the right start

The first phase of any project is information gathering or the Question Phase. During this phase we work closely with our clients to determine needs, concerns, and ideas for their project. This period of listening and exploring allows us to tailor the right solution for our clients and insures that our clients make educated and informed decisions.

Consider doing a Needs Assessment

Contact our experienced staff to assist you in developing a full picture of your needs. Our Needs Assessment helps define the size, scope and look of the project.   Below are some sample questions we will want you to consider:

Who is your target group demographic?
What are their needs? (ex. disabilities)
What kind of capacity does you market need?
What kind of pricing can your tarket populations afford?
What are other local programs offering?
What will set your program apart?
What staff resources do you have available?
How will a challenge course be integrated into your vision, objectives, goals, or mandate?
What decision makers need to be involved in the process?
What goals are you wanting the course to help people reach?
Do you have a location picked out?

Research is key

This will help you understand our construction style and allow us to show you many of the options you may want to consider for your own course.

Secondly, we will want to schedule a visit to your site. One or our consultants will help assess the best possibilites for your site and help you design and course that will give you the strongest return on your investment.
